I’m an artist, teacher, animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, locavore, wannabe homesteader, extrovert, aspiring world explorer, and an architecture-obsessed dreamer. I believe that our lives are too short to just be one thing…I want to be and do it all.
Growing up in Maryland, I was able to experience both the diversity of large cities and the quiet tranquility of the countryside. My family loves road trips and many vacations included rural routes, retro motels, national parks, roadside picnics, postcards, hours of looking out the windows at the unfurling landscape. My family instilled a love for travel and pride in our nation, because of which, my life has taken me to 37 states, 1 US territory, and 5 foreign countries (and counting!) These places have shaped my perspectives and my eye for design and color.
